When BOREDOM Strikes :D

These past few weekends, I get easily bored. I would usually wake up at around 10 or 11 AM. Eat, take a bath, check my phone and sit in front of the computer waiting for some miracles to happen (You see how inactive I am when weekends strike.. hahaha) Unfortunately,  things gets easily lifeless... I've finished watching all the games of my favorite volleyball team (Lady Eagles).. Facebook's getting kinda lame.. I get pissed when I received notifications that doesn't have any connection with me.  What's keeping me around the internet is just blogging... And sometimes, blogging gets monotonous in away.. Especially when you're not in the mood to write new articles or your just lazy to make one :D

Fortunately, I found something that would really entertain me! Guess what I've been doing lately?? I have been watching 24 episodes of Totally Spies, 15 episodes of The Annoying Orange and 40 episodes of Spongebob Squarepants! HAHAHA :D yeah yeah.. I know it sounds stupid for a 14 year old adolescent like me to watch all those kiddie shows.. But guess what! It does really entertain me and it gets rid of all my stress... Ever since I was a child, Totally Spies really marked my life. I so totally love them! Especially Sam .. Sam has everything that I idolize in a girl. She's smart, pretty, and does martial arts! The 3 of them are so good coz they protect the world from villainous villains. But sometimes, I get a load of totally spies so I try to watch something else.. And here goes the Annoying Orange :D I really really like the show especially when he annoys Apple, Celery, Cabbage, Pasta and many more.. Orange is so idiotic but is really really really funny! I wonder why he doesn't get sliced yet.. Maybe coz he's the star of the show :D If you haven't watched The Annoying Orange, you should by now! It would really make your day gleeful :D hahaha... But again, I get a load of The Annoying Orange, so this is where Spongebob Squarepants gets in the way... LOL! Spongebob is a very moronic creature but he's a crowd favorite.. You can't really resist the cuteness of spongebob :p No wonder why 10 out of 10 children likes him. And I am one of those 10 children who loves Spongebob's craziness. He's so NAIVE! We all now how Squidword hates him, but he doesn't feel anything at all. Patrick's so brainless but Spongebob treats him like a brother and he doesn't care what moronic things Patrick would do. Mr. Krabs is so greedy in money but spongebob still works for him.. I wonder how much money does spongebob get from working in Krusty Krabs. ( I doubt it if he gets his monthly pay from such avaricous Krabs! )

Oh yeah! I'm really enjoying this Superficial Happiness Syndrome. There's always a kid inside of us... And sometimes, it's fun to be one even just for two days ( a week ) :D hahaha..

RECAP! I L♥VE:

Totally Spies

Annoying Orange :p

Spongebob Squarepants :D

So that's it for tonight... Tomorrows a holiday! Yipee! Another batch of Totally Spies, Annoying Orange ang Spongebob Squarepants episodes to be watched :D Yehey to SUPERFICIAL HAPPINESS :D HAHAHA

Reality as it seems :|

This is reality for most of us Filipinos. Yes. Sad but it is definitely TRUE. It's what you call the UGLY TRUTH. When I read this post I was eavesdropping in front of my screen. I can't help but believe everything that was stated in the said picture. It's just that everything up there is true!! More than true! You see, I AM PINOY.. But I speak 90% English (seriously...) Watch 98% Foreign Films, Sing 98% Foreign Music (or maybe more than 98%!), Use 99% Foreign Goods, Thinks 98% local goods are cheap and I Study at an English Policed School.. You see how guilty I am?? I am definitely an ALIEN in my own country :|

Teachers Day 2010 :D

We all know that the world celebrates  Teachers Day on the 5th of October. But in our institution, we just celebrated Teachers Day TODAY :D It was like the best teachers day event that I have experienced! Why? Coz there were a lot of surprises not only for the teachers but also for the students as well! We did not expect that our Adviser, Sir James  Bacarro by the name, would dance!  He said, that the last time he danced was on his High School  years! That was like 5 or 6 years ago... Sir James is a serious type of guy. He teaches us Filipino, Music and Arts... He doesn't really laugh that often but he's funny in a way.. So we would never imagine him dance like a Jabbawockee or copy the moves of XB Gensan or do the crumpings of the Street Boys . It was really fascinating for us to see him dance! You know, we have the Superficial Happiness Syndrome..  Hahahaha :p I think he hesitated at first but he did it for us to enjoy :D Thanks for the effort Sir James :)

But it was not only him who danced.. ALL the TEACHERS, FACULTY and STAFF of Southpoint did a lot of performance! There were teachers who sang, rap and some teachers (including sir James) did cramping! HAHAHAHAHA :D

But one thing that I, i mean WE enjoyed about this day is the JAMAH moments! This may sound kinda confusing but I'll try to explain it for my dear readers to understand :) You see, Jamah is derived from the words James and Hannah..  Sir James is our adviser, while Teacher Hannah is the childhood friend of Sir James in which Teacher Hannah is now the adviser of Grade 5. Get it? :) We are actually pairing them because they look super duper good together! I mean like yeah! They are so sweet when they are with each others company .. ( according to our observations.. HAHAHAHA ) They laugh a lot. Eat together. And sometimes, they go home together! I wonder why Sir James is not yet courting Teacher Hannah :| Maybe because they're still young or anything...

Oh yeah! I took a lot of pictures of them TOGETHER! ( stalker much! ) Well, it was my friends who told me to take the stolen pics... They l♥ve Jamah too :D I'll share some of the pics since my best friend, Bea is still editing some of them :D P.S., please forgive my editing skills. I'm not really good at editing. Taking pictures is my hobby but editing.. Ummm, I'll give the work to my sissy :D

I'll just post this one first :) Just wait for Bea's edits! They're a bunch of good ones :D Unlike mine :D hahaha

So I guess that's all for now :) Sir James is going to kill me if he sees this post of mine! HAHAHAHA :D

November 20, 2010 :D

One Big Fight Lady Eagles :)

You may wonder what's up with my TITLE... What's with November 20, 2010? Well, for everyones concern, it is the opening day of the UAAP Season 73 Women's Volleyball Tournament.. Which means my ever beloved and favorite team, the Ateneo De Manila Lady Eagles will be competing again to claim the Championship Title :) Yipeeeee! Can't wait! How many days left and I will be able to see Gretchen Ho's playing skills again and of course her B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L FACE...

Last year, The Ateneo Lady Eagles landed 3rd on the UAAP Season 72 Women's Volleyball Tournament.. It was the highest rank or place that Ateneo has ever earned since the UAAP Season. And it was because of their good recruits! Fille Saint Merced Cainglet, Angeline Gervacio, Jamenea Ferrer and of course Gretchen Ho did a lot of building for their team! It was stated that the powerful spikes of Angeline Gervacio, excellent sets of Jem Ferrer, long hang time spikes of Fille Cainglet and Quick Hits of Gretchen Ho made the Lady Eagles one of the great contenders in the UAAP Volleyball League. Well, of course we could not forget the contribution of their exceptional lefty and Captain, Kara Acevedo. Even their rookies did a great job too! And to think it was the last year of their Libero, Steph Gabriel. Rumors were also spreading around that their veteran, Bea Pascual would already be leaving the team since she would be graduating... Fortunately, she would still be able to play for the team! Yipeeeeeeeeeeeee!

As of now, Ateneo recruited 3 new players. And I've heard these players were current members of the Philippine National Team! So now, expect the Lady Eagles to rock the San Juan arena on November 20, 2010.. They are gonna be playing on the first game up against the UST Lady Tigers... Wow! It's gonna be an exciting and eavesdropping game we are going to experience!

That's it for today..Have a good day everyone.. Thanks for dropping by :) God bless :)

I'm Soooooooooooooooooo BACK :D

Hello there my fellow Blogmates, Followers and Readers! As what my title says, I'm Sooooo Back! I wasn't able to post for a week because there were A LOT of DILEMMAS in my life that happened :)

First, I had tonsillitis which inflamed for 3 days and caused me HIGH FEVER! (such suckish tonsils of mine). So basically, that was one of the major reasons why I was not able to blog.

Second, this week is gonna be like hell week. Why? Because it's EXAM WEEK! FTW! I really hate exams :D LoL. I hate to take subjects that I'm not even interested in. Examples? FILIPINO, I.T., and last but not the least, Technology and Livelihood Education or T.L.E! Ugh! It's not that I hate them because I'm not good at them.... I just don't like them! PERIOD :D  I think they take up too much time in my life (say whut?) HAHAHAHA :D The rest of the subjects don't do any harm to me :D

So I think that's all that I have in mind. I was just sneaking in the comlab with Shenny to blog. Actually, we were supposed to do some research for our United Nations Country which is Peru. But instead, what we did was just blog blog and blog :D LoL. Such good and responsible students like us must be set as Role Models of this generation! HAHAHAHAHAHA :D

ciao

  Sarap maging ibon noh?

                                                                                                         HAHAHAHAHA :D

One Heck of a Slide!

                                                         SLIDE

Slide anyone? LoL :D The first time I saw this picture, I was like

" Great Cesar Salads Ghost!!! What the heck is that thing? "

But when I took a closer look, it was just a slide. But obviously, not a NORMAL ONE! As you can see, it's one heck of a ride! Well, what I mean is that this is no ordinary slide. Before you'd reach the top most area, you'd have to climb it up. (pretty tiring though..) But who knows what joy and thrill it can give to a certain human being when they would start to slide down and fell the rush of gravity pulling them :D hahaha... I'm not really that fascinated with humongous, wicked slides like this. I'm just curios on how people would end their lives here by just sliding down. HAHAHA :D Yeah, it's good for people who seek too much adventure in life. Unfortunately, I wouldn't bother to seek one :)

I've tried a lot of deadly looking slides... And the most unforgettable one was on Blue Jazz Resort. There, they had four HUMONGOUS slides! Each with different patterns. Before you'd reach the slide, you'd have to climb up the stairs. And when you reach them, you'd have to wait in line. The slide can only accommodate one person at a time and this made my legs shake! I thought I had butterflies in my stomach. For short I was Seriously Nervous about doing this thing! But I have to do it for the name of experience :D So, I started to slide down... The first 3 seconds were alright. But OH MY GOSH!  I was shouting on top of my lungs! (that's the fruit of my nervousness eh?) I was murmuring things I don't even understand. Maybe it's all part of insanity :D hahaha But good gracious, I landed safely :)

Going back,  for some people, it would be a dream come true for them to experience this blood thirsty slide :D Well, all I can say is, before you do the sliding part, try increasing your insurance pay. Who knows what might happen :D HAHAHAHA!! Kidding! God forbid that that might happen..

Anyway, got the original photo from JUSTIN TEC

Thanks Justin or should I say Kuya Justin for lending me the photo. LoL :D

Dancing Flight Attendants :D

Must watch! Presenting the Dancing FA's. Here's the first link for the  Cebu Pacific FAs dancing (Women) and the link for the Cebu Pacific FAs dancing (Men)

You could really see how we, Filipinos are creative and talented. First We had dancing prisoners. Next we had cashiers, sales men / sales lady dancing ( the one in nccc).. Oh! And don't forget! We also had dancing traffic aids ... LOL!  And now we have these dancing Flight Attendants.. So what are we going to have next? Dancing Pilots?
WHY NOT? Hahahaha :D

But this gimmick of the Cebu Pacific Airlines has been reprimanded by certain organizations and groups because of the Dancing Women FA's. They think that the Women FA's are being degraded... And now, they are requesting the Airline Company to stop this certain mini show inside the aircraft to keep the Women Flight Attendants free from any malicious talks. One Spokesperson of the Gabriella Party list even said " These women are paid to teach safety guidelines inside the airplane. Not to entertain people." But in my own perspective, I think they're just over reacting. If I were to ride this plane, I would certainly enjoy the dancing motion of the FA's. First, they would prevent boredom for some passengers and Second, no airline company has ever done this thing. So it is new for the eyes and  would really catch attention... But I am not in the right position to judge the people who are reprimanding the airline company. They have their own opinions and I have mine too. Let's just respect them. That's how a mature person acts. Right? HAHAHAHA :D

This is one of my shortest blogs. Lol :D I just got bored so I posted this :)

She's just ONE OF A KIND :)

You may wonder why I placed a picture of a beautiful girl up there... My dear readers, that is definitely not me :D Let me introduce to you GRETCHEN Ho, my number one IDOL in the VOLLEYBALL industry! YEAH!

Gretchen Ho is a junior college student from the Ateneo De Manila University. She's currently taking up Management Engineering as her course. But she is no ordinary student. She has been playing for the Ateneo Lady Eagles Women's volleyball team since her 1st year in college... And no wonder, she has given honor to Ateneo when they've landed 3rd place (just last year) on the UAAP Season 72 Volleyball Tournament. It was the highest place Ateneo has earned since the beginning of the UAAP Season. Gretchen or Gretch as what her teammates would call her, plays Middle Blocker and a Quick Spiker for their team. Being a Middle Blocker and a Quicker requires quick feet and lightning-fast decision-making. She has won so many awards since she was grade 5 and was even hailed as MVP, Best Blocker, Best Spiker and belonged to the Mythical 6 of Ateneo (together with Fille Saint Merced Cainglet, Angeline Gervacio, Kara Acevedo, Jem Ferrer and Bea Pascual..) Indeed, she is known to be held as the Princess of Philippine Volleyball..

But Volleyball is not the only thing that Gretchen knows. Well, most of us may think that once your a Student-Athlete, you don't really prioritize your studies since you do sports often. But Gretchen's different. She has been a Consistent Honor Student and a Dean's Lister in Ateneo throughout the years. And that's the reason why I idolize her. You see, only a few student-athletes could do that. You know, balance both sports and academics. I consider myself as a student-athlete and sometimes, I find it hard to balance my studies and training... So it is really admirable for someone who can accomplish both tasks. When you see her play, you could really say how devoted she is in her craft. Even if their opponents leading, she stays optimistic and just plays her game... Now that's one Role Model that kids (like me.. hahaha) must really look up to..

Oh well, I'll have to adjourn this again.. But if Gretchen Ho touched you life(like how she touched mine), you could visit this link What Student-Athletes Should Be... (for further information)Or better yet, try using Google or Facebook. It's free anyway :D

BYEEEEEEE for now :D till we meet again :) Always remember, we could always be a great human being if we decide to be one :) ADIOS! Thanks for dropping by :p

Introducing ME :)

Hola! Bonjour! Ciao! Përshëndetje! 你好! That's how you say  HELLO in different other languages. But for me, Hi or Hello means introducing yourself to others. And now, I think it's time for me to introduce myself to you :)

I am Jan Laiyl Junsay. A  Sophomore from the Philippines with 14 years of existence in this world. So basically, I have 2 more years to finish high school. But I'm taking up medicine as my course in college so I have 12 more years to wrap it up. Yeap! You've heard it right. I'm taking medicine coz one day, I know I'll become a world renowned Cardiologist! I don't know why but I really find it special when I study the human heart ♥  I'm not a nerd as what you think.. My level of intelligence depends on the topic that we are taking up.. So, It goes to a long waaaaaaaay :D

Anyway, I have HOBBIES too... And when I say hobbies, I MEAN SPORTS baby :D I SUPER DUPER MAJOR MAJOR LOVE SPORTS! I don't wanna stay IDLE, so I move 24/7. I do sports from left to right.. Maybe one day, I'll consider going to the doctor to consult if I have ADHD. HAHAHAHA :D Lol.

So I play more than a DOZEN sports. I do Taekwondo, Volleyball, Tennis, Pingpong, Chess, Scrabble (Scrabble is considered as a sport.. I think?) Golf, Swimming, Badminton and many many more. I think I inherited this being sports minded from my Dad since my mom doesn't really enjoy playing one... Mom's more of a Home Buddy. Hehehehe :)  LoL... Peace MOM :D But I'm not a Happy Go Lucky Girl.. I know that I have priorities in life too. A lot is expected from me, since I am the only child in my family..

Anyway, I also do PHOTOGRAPHY :) In fact, I'm that girl in the picture up above. Yeah I know.. You can't barely see my face since my face was covered by my camera. I intentionally did it! WHY? Coz I don't like to take pictures of my self. For shorter terms, I'm not VAIN :D But I'm not a BUMMER! It's just that I don't feel that comfortable when I see my face in a certain picture. FYI! I'm not a ghost! hahahaha :D

Ummmm, so yeah. I think that's enough? I've written too much already which would make my readers drool in reading my first blog. LOL! So if you wanna know more about me, feel free to visit my page/blog wherever and whenever you want :) so BYE for now :)

P.S., I totally LOVE SMILEYS :D I just can't resist their cuteness :D
